Something Different for the Mother of the Bride

Even though corsages have been a long running tradition for the Mother of the Bride, sometimes they just get in the way. Whether it is hanging off your shoulder (squashed between each hug) or tight around your wrist(waiting to snag on someones hair), you wonder is there a better way.

Here are some options to the corsage.

The obvious, a small hand held bouquet.

Hand Made sachet bags with sand, each mother can then add sand to a vase. One vase for the groom and one vase for the bride. During the ceremony the bride and groom can then pour the two vases of sand together.

Now some mothers love a good corsage, so by all means don't disappoint them. These are just ideas for the ones that rather not.
